GYROKINESIS at lunch time

How time flies!  It’s been almost a month since I last blogged.  March went by really quickly – I had supervised apprentice hours course for both GYROKINESIS® and GYROTONIC®!  It was quite a lot of hard work and lots to learn but also fun seeing other trainers again and updating each other on what we’ve been doing.  I also participated in the core training workshop for families at Urayasu.  Kids were expecting hard training but it turned out to be more fun stuff for parents and kids to participate together so everyone enjoyed it.

Recently, I started doing GYROKINESIS® during lunch time.  Until then I didn’t realise it was such a great way to take a break to get away from my desk and completely switch off my head from work mode.  Some of my colleagues went out running around the Imperial moat and I used to think it was too much hassle and drag to get back to work after getting all sweaty.  So I wasn’t into working out at lunch time but I was wrong!  I felt really good and refreshed.  My colleagues said they wanted to join me so I think I might do some classes.  If you happen to be near Hanzomon around 1230-1400 please do come and join me!

Now that the signs of spring are here and there and the weather is getting gradually warmer, I think it would be really nice if I could do it outside.  Pale pink cherry blossoms have started blooming around my workplace and it’s getting really pretty.  Time to enjoy the spring!
