What is experienced by someone is unique to that individual. How it feels varies because one’s perception and perspective engage senses and kindle emotions correlating to where the mind is focused. Therefore, an apposite description of that experience comes in all colours, shapes and sizes in bespoke language of that person.
So, for example, for someone who tended to overthink and found it difficult to feel with the senses, the key to get across was to find creative ways to guide which struck the right chords.
Awakening senses to explore what feels good and comfortable allows to let the mind and body free and unlock untapped potentials. As a result, we believe that brings a sense of well-being and fulfilment, not just limited to lessons but also in various aspects of life in general.
