I just wanted to say a big thank you to all of you who have continued to work with me throughout the challenging year!
Carrying on training in a safe and threat-free way required adopting different kind of adjustments and a bit of tweaking here and there around various restrictions which we didn’t need to worry about before. So things got quite different but interestingly enough, devising creative solutions gave me more plasticity on my part in taking more effective approach. I was also blessed with a serendipitous opportunity to explore and venture into a whole new realm and reshape my frame of reference.
It was so encouraging to see that many people were still very much keen to move and feel good and refreshed both in the body and mind. Appreciating how much the human body is capable of developing and re-learning new skills at any point in your life as well as knowing that you can actually change yourself significantly just by doing simple movements really motivated you to stick to doing them on a regular basis. So thanks again for all your unfailing appetite to move better.
In the coming year, I am hoping to incorporate my new findings and specifically apply them in sessions with you. In the meantime, do stay safe and keep moving. I wish you all the very best!
