About me プロフィール

Kay was introduced to GYROKINESIS® and GYROTONIC® methods in October 2010. She immediately became engrossed in invigorating sensation she experienced from unique circular movements with matching breathing patterns of Gyrokinesis exercises. She took teacher training courses in 2011 with Mariko Miyauchi and Naoko Moriyama Robbins to enrich and further develop her understanding of the method.

Until October 2010, I had not been fully engaged in physical activities or professional training so I started from scratch as a complete beginner. What’s so extraordinary and compelling about this method is that it is not just for dancers or trainers only and anyone (regardless of age, gender, language, physical conditions or constraints, etc) can benefit and enjoy the effectiveness each in our own way. If you haven’t tried yet, please do come and give it a try! English classes and on-site training are also available so please feel free to get in touch with me for more details.
